Hello, I’m Lisa Jones-Pearson. I am the Human Resource Manager with Union Telephone Company. I have been in HR for the past 16 years working alongside and learning from some of the best leaders in my field.
I use a positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. I am inspired by many people and mentors I have met in my life; I strive to pass along what I have learned to others.
I have a supportive husband and family who encourage me to reach for the gold in any endeavor. In my free time (HAHA I’m HR), I like to bring life back to old pieces of furniture and any other treasure I find that needs a little TLC. I love to paddle board and hike whenever I have the opportunity. I am always up for an adventure no matter how big or small.
