The YES Program
Youth Employment Services
The Yes Program helps high school students with disabilities in Uinta County prepare for meaningful careers. Working alongside Evanston, Lyman, and Mountain View high schools and the Wyoming Division of Vocational rehabilitation, we give students the skills, experience, and confidence they need to step from the classroom into the workforce.
We invite you to help us build our program by sponsoring us. The following are the sponsorship levels and benefits.
Why It Matters
Young people with disabilities face some of the biggest barriers to employment — and early work experience is one of the strongest predictors of lifelong career success. Your sponsorship keeps these opportunities free for students and families, and connects your business to the next generation of Uinta County’s workforce.
What Your Sponsorship Supports
Career Readiness Workshops
Hands-on workshops covering workplace expectations, mock interviews, living independently, and self-advocacy.
Job Shadowing Days
Students spend a day inside local businesses, seeing real careers up close and discovering what sparks their interest.
Monthly Employment Classes
Monthly classes at each high school teaching the soft skills and resume-building students need to land and keep a job.
Job Placement & Coaching
We match students with local employers and provide one-on-one job coaching so both the student and the business succeed.
Summer Employment Program
Paid summer work experience where students build a real work history with support from job coaches every step of the way.
Awards Banquet
An annual celebration recognizing student achievements alongside the families, educators, and employers who make it possible.
