Promoting & integrating disability inclusion in Uinta County
Disability:IN Uinta County will facilitate monthly roundtables with a small group of local businesses. Each roundtable will discuss & explore a specific topic related to disability & inclusion in the workplace. The educational topics discussed will be based on the findings of the Business Inclusion Assessments.
Our aim is to promote & integrate best DEI practices that positively affect employees, individual businesses, and our community as a whole.
Participating businesses and organizations will have equal representation at the roundtable. The roundtable format brings together different points of view while giving participants a chance to learn and interact with each other.
