Travis Hogman, a native of Washington State, is a serial entrepreneur. He owns The Lumberyard, Frontier Equipment and Party Rentals, and Centennial Valley Estates (a 23-unit apartment complex), Argyle Feed in Randolph, and another apartment in St. George. He also owns the websites www.TailgatorSupplies.com and www.TheLumberyard.com.
He’s an Eagle Scout, was elected the 14th Precinct Committeeman in Rexburg, Idaho, served a religious mission in Santiago, Chile and is bi-lingual.
He graduated from Brigham Young University, Idaho in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Minored in Finance, Spanish, and Internet Technologies.
He has worked in various positions and industries including; Translator for the State of Idaho’s Child Development Center, Assistant Brand Manager, Sales Manager in San Juan, Puerto Rico and a paralegal, to name a few.
Since owning The Lumberyard Travis has made it a priority to be an integral part of the community. He has been instrumental in changing the Evanston City Code and Zoning Laws to allow for fair competition in the business district. He donates and supports various local causes from the Youth Club, Uinta County Concert Series, Wyoming Downs, 4-H, Evanston High School sports, and many other non-profit and worthy causes. He was nominated and presented an award for the “Outstanding Businessperson Of The Year” in 2017 by the Chamber of Commerce. He also was awarded the “Mentor of The Year” award by Disability:IN Uinta County in 2019. He currently serves on the Board of Disability:IN Uinta County and is excited to be a part of the positive influence of Wanda Rogers and her great team.
